We ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Generally we ship to the USA via Small Packets, Canada Post. There are 2 choices - Small Packets, surface or Small Packets, Air. The suggested delivery time for surface is approximately 12 business days.
Canada Post does not guarantee delivery times as the time a parcel takes to be processed through US customs is out of their control. Processing through customs can create significant delays so if you need your order by a certain date it is best to allow between 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.
